The full alphanumeric and dual-layer glass touchscreen Spectra Precision Ranger 3L has an integrated Bluetooth for easily connecting to field equipment without cables. This field controller also has a built-in GPS receiver with enabled WAAS (Wide Area Augmentation System) that improves the tracking accuracy using less battery power, even under forest canopy and near tall buildings.
This survey data collector also features an integrated compass with improved calibration method and an accelerometer that automatically rotates the graphics on the screen based on the device’s angle.
